Precise Industries’ manufacturing capabilities include precision sheet metal fabrication, welded tubular frames, electronic enclosures, complex machined parts, cable assemblies, and electronic integrated assemblies. We work in materials from stainless steel and aluminum to pre-plated sheet steel. Our in-house capabilities include wet and powder painting, silk-screening, laser cutting and robotic welding. Precise Industries custom sheet metal capabilities can produce product from the simplest bracket and chassis to complex assemblies and enclosures. We can take your project from concept to prototype, per-production and into volume manufacturing in one smooth transition while meeting your anticipated timeline and goals.
Precise Industries offers a line of standard 19 inch enclosures for both the commercial OEM market and the military heavy duty TAC-4 ship board MIL-S-901 racks. We offer a “standard design platform” that allows us to work with you to develop an enclosure to meet your exact needs using our pre-tooled components. Our TAC-4 light weight aluminum construction enclosures are drip proof and EIA 310 compliant. These racks are available with RFI/EMI shielded. We can also provide isolation systems for both base shock isolation and sway brace solutions. Precise Industries’ machining capabilities give us the ability to supply precision machined parts as part of a higher assembly or as stand alone parts and sub-assemblies. Our state of the art machine centers produce high tolerance complex parts that can meet our most particular customer’s expectations and specifications.
Precise Industries’ value added capabilities include UL approved cable assembly manufacturing, ESC elect iconic assemblies and testing. Working with state of the art CAD systems our solid molding capability allows us to shear the concept and details of the customer’s engineering design before production in a form that gets the product right the first time.
